Sheila LeMaster
Vice President, Chief Development Officer
Sheila LeMaster serves as the Vice President, Chief Development Officer, and is the lead fundraising strategist for the Bassett Healthcare Network, helping align network strategic goals with fundraising programs including annual fund, capital and endowment campaigns, and serving as chief staff to the Friends of Bassett Board of Directors.
Sheila has a total of over 25 years of invaluable experience with the Friends of Bassett Healthcare Network and has gained a lifelong love for health care philanthropy. She has deep roots in the Bassett community, a proven ability to inspire and lead teams, and has helped raise millions of dollars to bring expanded care to the patients in our communities.
Sheila is passionate about building relationships to support Bassett’s mission; ensure donor legacy and advance the needs of the community we serve.
Sheila is originally from Latham, NY, and lives in Oneonta, NY, with her husband and dog.

Lynn Bass
Director of Development, Finance & Operations
Lynn Bass joined The Friends of Bassett Healthcare Network in 2022 and is instrumental in providing guidance for accounting functions including planned giving and fund management.
Lynn’s professional career encompasses over 30 years of accounting, auditing and finance for a variety of nonprofits, the Office of the State Comptroller, and County and State Economic/Community Development. Lynn received a Master of Accountancy from Auburn University, Alabama. Lynn is also certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council.

Caitlin Ogden
Development Manager – Corporations, Foundations, & Major Giving
Caitlin Ogden serves as the Development Manager – Corporations, Foundations, & Major Giving for the Bassett Healthcare Network, with a focus on assisting the Network’s dedicated supporters achieve their philanthropic goals while supporting Bassett’s mission. Caitlin is experienced working with corporate giving, and public or private foundations, but is most passionate about helping individuals realize their legacies.
Caitlin has built her career in the nonprofit sector, working primarily in the museum and science center space, with a graduate degree that focused on nonprofit fundraising. She transitioned to healthcare fundraising in 2020 and is proud to support the stability and growth of her community’s healthcare network.
Originally from Palm Harbor, FL, Caitlin Lives in Laurens, NY with her partner, two dogs, two cats, one ex-racehorse, and a ball python named Jibboo.

Jamey D’Ambrosio
Development Manager, Annual Giving & Stewardship
Jamey’s role involves connecting donors with the mission of the Bassett Healthcare Network, utilizing various channels such as direct mail, social media, and online giving campaigns to share stories of hope and drive fundraising efforts. With over seven years of experience in fundraising, Jamey has held roles in administrative assistance, event planning, database management, operations management, annual appeals, and donor stewardship.
Originally from Tulsa, Oklahoma, Jamey relocated to New York to attend Hartwick College, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree. She furthered her education by obtaining a Master of Management and Leadership from Western Governor’s University and completing a certificate program in diversity, equity, and inclusion through Cornell University. Jamey currently resides in Schenevus, NY, with her husband, two daughters, two cats, a dog, and a horse.

Kim Gustafson
Development Manager, Special Events & Projects
In this role, Kim works directly with the VP, Chief Development Officer, to create and execute events in alignment with the Bassett Healthcare Network brand and fundraising priorities. She manages and coordinates all event and special event operations.
Kim arrived at Bassett in October of 2020 as Donor Engagement Coordinator for Friends of Bassett. Prior to her arrival Kim worked for International Business Machines. She came to the Bassett Network with over 27 years of experience with IBM in Global Event Coordination, Operations Management and Office Administration. She lives on 230 acres of her family homestead in Richfield Springs.
She and her husband are now empty nesters with twin boys living in St. Charles IL and oldest son living in Columbus Ohio.

Katelyn Dwyer
Operations Development Manager
Katelyn (Kate) is responsible for gift processing and the quality and structure of the database supporting the fundraising efforts of the Friends of Bassett Team. She manages all the data and oversees prospect research and reporting. She joined the team in 2022, with 12 years of prior experience working in the not-for-profit sector.
Kate holds a Bachelor’s in Marketing and Management from Siena College and a Certificate in Business Analytics from Harvard Business School Online. Her previous professional experience includes careers in creative marketing, real estate and development, and operations management for senior living communities.
Kate lives in Cooperstown with her husband. She is the 6th generation in her family to call Otsego County home.
