Together, We Can Create a Lasting Impact
The Employee Giving Campaign is a collaborative effort across Bassett Healthcare Network, allowing employees to contribute to the program or facility that resonates most with them. By enrolling in payroll deduction, employees can make a meaningful impact, with just $4 per pay period totaling a $100 annual gift. Together, we can enhance patient care and support our dedicated colleagues in their important work.
This spring, 40 employees across the network came together to contribute $16,646.45 in support of the In It Together Campaign. Of that total, $10,249.97 helped launch a new, network-wide Employee Assistance Fund, creating a vital resource to support colleagues facing unexpected financial hardships. This remarkable employee support also unlocked a generous matching gift from Leatherstocking Credit Union, further expanding the fund's impact.
With requests at an all-time high, the Employee Assistance Fund will help ensure that employees have access to meaningful support when they need it most. A heartfelt thank you to every employee who contributed to and championed this effort. Your generosity strengthens our culture of caring, reinforces our commitment to one another, and reminds us that we are truly In It Together.
