The Speech & Language Pathologist at VHS can assess and provide treatment for language articulation, delayed language development, stuttering, voice quality, language deficits, as well as provide treatment to improve attention to task, problem solving skills and memory and reasoning skills. Outpatient speech therapy is essential to recovery from strokes, head injuries, and to those living with advanced stages of conditions such as Parkinson's disease and Cerebral Palsy.
