Patient Bill of Rights
The patient is always first at Bassett Health. In New York, you have certain rights as a patient. For more information, click below to the New York State Department of Health Patients' Rights website, where you can also find information regarding maternity patients. All facilities within Bassett Health adhere to these standards. We want all of our patients to have a safe, healthy and comfortable stay. If you have questions regarding your rights as a Bassett maternity patient, please call the Birthing Center at (607) 547-3535.
