Affordable Care Financing Options for Patients

Bassett Healthcare Network has partnered with CarePayment to make affordable financing available to our patients who need help paying their medical bills over time. This does not include cosmetic services.

The program provides a financing option that allows patients to pay off charges in monthly payments at 0.00% APR (annual percentage rate). Monthly payments are as low as $25. CarePayment is not a credit card and does not require an application and has no impact to credit score.

With CarePayment, patients can enroll in Bassett’s financing program even before receiving care and before their first medical bill is issued after services.

✅ Request a CarePayment account by visiting https://learn.carepayment.com/bassett.
✅ When enrolling in the program, make sure your information is up to date – like your current street address, date of birth, and social security number.
✅ Open the welcome kit you receive in the mail from CarePayment, which will include your first account statement. Please note that it may take several weeks for the first statement to arrive with your welcome kit.
✅ Activate your account by making your first payment to CarePayment by mail, online, or over the phone.
✅ Visit member.carepayment.com to set up your online profile and preferences.
