*Important Notice About Our Support Groups:

We will hold virtual support groups for all locations (Cooperstown, Oneonta, Herkimer, and Cobleskill) via Zoom Video Conferencing, which you will be able to access on your mobile phone or computer.

For details on how to access the virtual support groups, please call (607) 547-3373, and a member of our staff will provide you the information over the phone or via your MyBassett.

MyBassett Health Connection

An important step to receiving access information is signing up for MyBassett Health Connection. If you have not already done this, please call 1-800-BASSETT or (607) 547-3373 for instructions.

Zoom

Participants must also have access to Zoom, as well as a computer, tablet, or cellphone with internet, video, and speaker capabilities.

Zoom is free. Please be sure to create a free Zoom account prior to the orientation seminar.

Bariatric Weight-Loss Surgery Support Group Meetings (Remote/Zoom)

Bariatric surgery patients and candidates must call in advance to register for support group meetings by calling (607) 547-3373. Visit our events page to add upcoming Bariatric Weight-Loss Support Group Meetings that you're interested in to your calendar after registering.

The bariatric surgery team hosts the following group virtual meetings to support our patients at all stages of their weight-loss journey:
