Optometry
Optometry
Doctors of Optometry (O.D.s/optometrists) are the independent primary health care professionals for the eye. Optometrists examine, diagnose, treat, and manage diseases, injuries, and disorders of the visual system, the eye, and associated structures - as well as identify related systemic conditions affecting the eye.
In addition to routine eye and vision exams, experienced optometrists provide examinations for the evaluation and treatment options for many eye disorders. These disorders include retinal and corneal conditions, cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic eye problems, macular degeneration, myopia, astigmatism, and presbyopia.
Bassett Healthcare Network ensures outstanding patient access to eye care services.

Contact Lenses
Patients can schedule their contact lens evaluations and fittings, then order their contact lenses following their appointments.
