When Larry Bolton of Schenevus was diagnosed with late stage lung cancer that had spread to his liver and brain, he thought he had only months to live. That was in Nov of 2016. Chemotherapy treatment was started, but Larry didn't tolerate chemo well so his doctor switched him to immunotherapy. It uses the body's own immune system to fight the cancer. Nearly 2 years later, Larry is feeling good.
