eCheck-In for an Appointment

Bassett Healthcare Network is now offering eCheck-In (pre-registration) for all appointments throughout each of our facilities.

ECheck-In allows you to more conveniently fill out the necessary information before an upcoming appointment. This reduces the amount of time spent at the registration desk, and can be done from the comfort of your own home. This can be especially useful for patients who need to take time off from work for their appointments.

How Do I eCheck-In?

To eCheck-In for an upcoming appointment, log in to your MyBassett account. Once you are logged in, go to "Appointments." The option to eCheck-In will be available 7 days before your appointment, and remain available until your scheduled appointment start time.

The eCheck-In documents will contain all of the usual registration information, including:

  • Personal information
  • Communication preferences
  • Insurance information
  • Clinical information
  • Travel history screening

ECheck-In documents may differ depending on your appointment type, just as they would if you were to choose to register in-person at our facilities.

What Happens After I eCheck-In?

After you eCheck-In for an upcoming appointment, you may be given the opportunity to receive a bar code to scan at a check-in kiosk on the day of your appointment. You can either print, take a screenshot, or log in to your MyBassett account to scan this bar code at your appointment.

Which Bassett Locations Have Check-In Kiosks?

Bassett Healthcare Network's check-in kiosks can currently be found at the following locations:

Located within the Clinic building on Bassett Medical Center’s campus, the check-in kiosks offer pre-registration check-in for primary care and specialty care services that are offered in the Cooperstown Clinic.

Located within the primary care center’s waiting area, the check-in kiosk at Bassett Health Center Herkimer offers pre-registration check-in for primary care and women’s health patients.

Located near the Cyber Café, this check-in kiosk offers pre-registration check-in for all clinical locations within FoxCare Center.

Located within the primary care center’s waiting area, this check-in kiosk offers pre-registration check-in for all services provided within Bassett Health Center Cobleskill.

Located within the specialty service center’s waiting area, this check-in kiosk offers pre-registration check-in for all services provided within Bassett Oneonta Specialty Services, including convenient care.

What if My Location Does Not Have Check-In Kiosks?

If your location does not have check-in kiosks, you will not be provided the bar code and can simply check in at the front desk on the day of your appointment.

ECheck-In will still save you time when checking in for your appointment by reducing both the time spent at the front desk, and the time spent filling out the registration paperwork in the waiting area.

If you have an scheduled appointment, log in to your MyBassett account up to 7 days before your appointment to eCheck-In. ECheck-Ins saves time spent at registration, conserves time off from work, and allows you to more quickly get in and out of your appointment.
